We were re-engaged by a property management business, a regular client of ours to design a welcoming and inclusive communal area in a Victorian apartment building behind Sloane Square, Chelsea; one of London’s most coveted addresses.

We introduced a sophisticated and warm colour palette into what was a tired, dark space and brought back some of the architectural elements that had previously been removed. 

The design for this project has provided added value as the client has since used this as a creative template for further communal areas at other locations within their global property management portfolio.
