We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, should you wish to return an item(s), we accept returns of in stock items within 14 days of purchase, so long as they are returned unused and in excellent condition. Items that smell of smoke, or that are returned in unsuitable packaging will not be accepted.

 

We also require receipt of purchase to be provided with returned items.  If these conditions are met, the full cost of the item(s) will be refunded.  Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable.

Please note that the cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer. Furthermore, we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit and strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting and take out sufficient insurance cover when returning items to us.

 

Made to Order and Sale Items

 

Made to order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cancellation of a bespoke item order may be made up to 24 hours after order placement and a full refund obtained. After this time, a 50% cancellation fee will be retained from the original order value.

 

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
